We have obtained V-band CCD images of NGC2962 with the 50-cm reflector at Osaka Kyoiku University at 11.7 (UT), Feb. 11. A bright star which can not be found on the GSC is found 86" south and 12" east of the stellar like nucleus of NGC2962. Raw CCD count of the stellar image is 4000 while that of the nucleus is around 3000 above the sky lebel on our 30 sec exposure images. We have not yet completed CCD image processing and can not estimate the magnitude so far. We plan to continue observation of NGC2962 in V,R,I bands tonight. We have no data of photometric standard stars in this field. We will appreciate very much if someone provide data on standard stars. K.
