[vsnet-recent-nova 7270] V1494 Aql Finder Chart

I was having trouble finding the old nova (1999 #2) V1494 Aql in the AAVSO chart 1918+04d so I developed the following finder chart: http://members.aol.com/dwest61506/page23.html. The stars labeled 130, 128, and 126 are from the 1918+04d chart.
