Dear colleagues, I just finished another run on Var73Dra (Dec 10/11), under very good atmospheric conditions. This time, the resulting light curve is most interesting, as it now shows well developed superhumps ! More details will follow later, and I will shortly make the light curve available on my website ... This firmly confirms the announcement of Taichi Kato in vsnet-superoutburst 1761, regarding the classification of Var73Dra as an ER UMa-like dwarf nova IN the period gap. Kind regards, Tonny Vanmunster CBA Belgium Observatory email : Tonny.Vanmunster@cbabelgium.com website : www.cbabelgium.com PS for the CBA'ers : I have just started an observing run on Tau2, for the 3rd consecutive night on a row. This should help solving the aliasing problem for the period determination. I will contribute the processed data shortly.
