[vsnet-outburst 4724] CW Mon observations by Kiyota-san

CW Mon observations by Kiyota-san

Dear Colleagues,

Kiyota-san further reported Nov. 5 long observations of CW Mon.
We have also received a successful report of observation at Okayama U. of Sci.
(the team led by Tanabe-san).

Kiyota-san's data show a further brightening of the object compared
to the previous nights, when the "eclipse"-looking fadings were prominent.
The new observation is dominated by (presumable) flickering, which was
far less prominent on the preceding nights. Any eclipse-type faeture
on Nov. 5 may have been hidden in these large-amplitude modulations.

Considering the large brighteness increase, there may have been a
dramatic change in the state of the accretion disk in these few days.
As in U Gem, the eclipse and spot features may reappear as the progress
of the outburst. Further continued observations are very strongly
encouraged.
