V844 Her outburst, data analysis
Dear Colleagues,
We have partly analyzed Tanabe-san's data taken on Oct. 24 (the other
data, including the last night observation at Kyoto, are also being analyzed).
The data did not show strong superhumps, possibly indicating that the
present outburst is a normal outburst, as suggested from visual observations.
If this is confirmed, the present outburst may be the first-ever observed
normal outburst of V844 Her. There still remains a possibility of
a precursor outburst. Further observations are still encouraged.
