(*) Var62? Cam is a newly discovered variable by S. Antipin, and
    possibly an UG star with very long recurrence time. Sergei
    will shortly officially announce the discovery in an
    IBVS issue, including the preliminary name he will assign
    to this object (likely Var62 Cam). Further information on
    historical outbursts will also be included. The object is
    located at RA = 03h17m09.8s, decl = +60d54'34" (epoch 1950),
    and reaches a maximum brightness of mag 13 (Bpg).
