telescope: 25-cm SCT + unfiltered ST-7, exposure 45-50 s (Kyoto University,
           Rooftop Observatory) operated by K. Matsumoto and assistants.
           average of 132 frames (measured by T. Kato)
           comparison: 211225.68 +123454.3 (2000.0) 13.4 (GSC)

  By comparison with IAUC 6772, the outburst lasted at least 5 days.
More detailed results will be presented by K. Matsumoto.
