The problem with this star seems to be the AAVSO b-chart, which shows the near 116 star and north of it R And itself. The AAVSO d-chart shows the 118 star between 116 and R And. That's what happend to me some time ago: I used the wrong chart and thought R And to be at the position of 118. The AAVSO should mark the 118 on the b-chart!
