Dear Taichi,

The observation of R And by M. Nakatani (Miyagi, Japan) is in error. R 
And is, according to four Dutch observers, now between magnitude 140 en 145.
M. Nakatani probably made an identification error, probably the same one 
as Thorsten Lange and I made last July.
