SN2002jo 20020905.0 <185C Dim SN2002jo 20021211.20 164C Dim SN2002jo 20021211.23 164C Dim SN2002jo 20021212.21 163C Dim # NGC 5708, a host galaxy of SN 2002jo (14:38:16.42, +40:27:14.0 # (J2000.0), offset = 1"E, 10"S), is a late spiral (Sdm:) galaxy. # There is a foreground star (mag about 13) about 36" SSE of the # nucleus, so the SN is located on the way to this star from the # nucleus. The expected maximum for typical SN Ia is mag about 14.5 # when unreddened within the host galaxy. The UCB team took a # spectrum of it on Dec. 12 UT, which revealed that it is a reddened # SN Ia about 3 weeks after maximum. SN2002jp 20020514.2 <185C KAI SN2002jp 20021123.5 169C KAI SN2002jp 20021207.5 167C KAI SN2002jp 20021210.5 171:C SCH SN2002jp 20021211.5 172C KAI # NGC 3313, a host galaxy of SN 2002jp (10:37:26.50, -25:21:35.2 # (J2000.0), offset = 14"E, 146"S), is a barred-spiral (SB(r)b) galaxy # with a ring structure. The SN is located well outside of the spiral # arm. There is a bright (rmag about 12-13) foreground star 5" NNW of # the nucleus of NGC 3313. The UCB team also took a spectrum of this # SN as above, and revealed that it is a type Ic SN about 2 weeks # after maximum.
