# The host galaxy of SN 2002gd is NGC 7537, a edge-on spiral (SABc:)
# galaxy making a pair with NGC 7541. NGC 7541 produced SN Ia 1998dh,
# whose maximum was V ~ 14. Several spectroscopies (Oct. 8) were
# reported in IAUC 7987, which showed that SN 2002gd is a young type
# II SN.

SN2002ge 20001001.82 <180C CHA
SN2002ge 20021007.90 141C CHA

# The host galaxy of SN 2002ge is NGC 7400, a tilted spiral (SAB:(r)b)
# galaxy. Spectra were taken around Oct. 9 (Australia and South
# Africa, IAUC 7990), which suggest that it is of type I, perhaps type Ia.
# The expected maximum for typical SN Ia is close to the discovery
# magnitude.
