Corrected format and comment on vsnet-obs 40122
Several points:
1) You should not report to 0.01 mag unless you observed to 0.01 mag.
2) The sign "v" should not be used when reporting visual observations.
3) Please find the correct VSNET format for Greek letters.
4) Many of the variables are small-amplitude variables, which are not
adequate for visual observations.
