Some observations for January 3 and 4 UT:

U Mon        4   13:39       6.1?   -  through a 4km high dust storm!
BO Mus       4   13:42       6.4
T Pyx        4   13:30     <12.5
IX Vel       4   13:25       9.6

Poor seeing conditions on both nights due to 80-100km/h winds - at about
40 degrees C ! - and associated dust storms.  At least the mosquitos
left me alone for once....
