The line:
MONV838 020503.425 999 NEL.RASNZ
is correct as far as the RASNZ program VSSOBS is concerned, it flags a
comments field. Sorry I didn't edit it before sending.
The comment was that the nova was not visible in the nebulosity. Thanks to
Eddy for pointing this out.
