Please delete this observation, it is incorrect. V1413 was not in outburst
at the time of observation.
AQL1413 20020216.490 11.08V JDW comp star SAO 104450
The reason for my error was that I used the SIMBAD position of V1413 Aql to
take my measurement of the star. SIMBAD incorrectly associates V1413 Aql
with GSC 1585:1511. Mike Simonsen kindly sent me a AAVSO chart that has the
star correctly identified with Henden comparison magnitudes. I will send in
a revised estimate soon. Sorry for the mistake.
