V657 Cas = NSV14731: large-amplitude variation and revised position by Toa

Akira Takao (Kita-kyushu, Japan) reports the discovery of large-amplitude
variation in V657 Cas.

V657 Cas = NSV 14731
= IRAS23496+6131 234936.5 +613133 (1950.0)

This observation supports that the star is a large-amplitude Mira star.

Takao also provides the following revised position of this star:

   235204.9 +614813 (J2000.0)
