Sorry, I made an error of transcription. My observation:
SGRV1223 010824.563 88: NEL.RASNZ
Should be:
SGRV1223 010824.563 g-0.2: NEL.RASNZ Chart 1100, no sequence
In my tired state, the g looked like a 9!
