Observer:
GRL = Bjoern H. Granslo (Fjellhamar, Norway). Instruments: 20.3-cm SCT
  (C203), 10x50 binoculars (B10x50).

Notes on IP Pegasi: IP Peg is a dwarf nova that shows eclipses during
outbursts. An eclipse was detected last night and my observations indicate
that the geocentric time of mid-eclipse was 1996 Sep. 18.960 UT +/- 0.002.
The magnitudes of IP Peg were derived from Pogson step estimates (given
under the notes column; all obs. were class 2).

Comparison stars, V-magnitudes from VSNET (Ouda CCD photometry; stars
B, D) and IBVS 2653 (via AAVSOp e-chart from 1985; stars F, G): B=12.7,
D=12.9, F=13.6, G=13.8.
