Dear colleagues, nfiltered CCD observations of RZ Sge done on August 8/9, 1996 at the CBA Belgium (during a 5.5 hours run), using an ST-7 SBIG CCD camera attached to a 25-cm f/6.3 SCT, show the existence of prominent superhumps. 2 * 2 on-chip summation was used, with exposure times of 70 sec and a dead-time of 10 sec throughout the observations. Preliminary data reduction using the Phase Dispersion Minimization (PDM) method of R.F. Stellingwerf yields a superhump period of 0.071 d (= 102.3 min). The superhump amplitude was approx. 0.3 mag. Kind regards, Tonny Vanmunster CBA Belgium
