[vsnet-obs 3224] slow decline of the standstill of RX And

One of our colleagues, Tsutomu Watanabe (VSOLJ), has pointed out the
recent trend of slow decline seen in the light curve of RX And, which
is presently experiencing an unusually long standstill.
The table below shows monthly averaged visual magnitudes from vsnet-obs
observations. The trend is evident.
