The observer O.Pejcha is apparently and -quite uniquely- overobserving the
wrong stars in the cases of X, Z and RR Cep, and overobserving Y Cep. X, Z and
RR Cep are around minimum now, well in the 14th and 15th magnitude. See also
AAVSO-Bulletin no.63).
Long-period Mirastars should not be observed more often than once in 5 days
or so, to avoid biasing (Manual for Observing Variable Stars by Margaret
Mayall, rev.ed. September 1957, p.10)
