[vsnet-obs 28787] July 28th observations

Two very clear nights were enough. it couldn't be real. tonight started with
fair conditions but later cirrus made me go inside.
All the observations with 7x50 binoculars and naked eye.
PEP(V) and Hipparcos & Tycho sequences.
