[vsnet-obs 28657] Dwarf Nova V792 Cyg in Outburst: CCDV Estimate (vsnrep90)

The dwarf nova V792 Cygni is in outburst, about 2.4 magnitudes brighter than
my last observation made six nights ago. My most recent estimate is:
CYGV792 20000719.297 13.7V OCN
