[vsnet-obs 28319] RCB Star V517 Oph Going Down?: CCDV Estimate (vsnrep67)

The RCB type variable V517 Oph is continuing to fade. My latest observation
has it 0.5 mag fainter than it was five nights ago and 0.2 mag fainter than
WPX's observation of 3 nights ago. My latest observation is:
OPHV517 20000624.145 13.4V OCN
