[vsnet-obs 28249] RCB Variable V517 Oph: CCDV Estimate (vsnrep56)

The RCB variable V517 Oph is showing some variation. My most recent
observation is:
OPHV517 20000619.143 12.9 OCN
A previous observation, 23 days ago, showed the star to be some 0.59 magV
brighter than at present.
