Dear All,
Combining the observations of BeV4 by Kesao Takamizawa [vsnet-obs 26946]
with those of Klaus Bernhard show that this star is a relatively well
behaved SR variable with a period of 189 days and an amplitude of 0.7 mag.
The CCD observations cover one maximum and themselves suggest a period in
the region of 200 days or more. The photographic observations cover 11
cycles and show a further 5 maxima which are all consistent with this
period. However, there are a few observations with significant deviations
from a simple sine wave, but this is hardly unexpected for an SRV.
Regards Chris Lloyd
