Dear colleagues,
I observed Nova Aql 1999 No.2 visually. The weather is bad and the
limiting mag is 3.0 mag, so I could not see it with naked eyes.
It may be fading already. The nova is fainter than mu Aql (4.45 mag in
Tycho Catalogue).
