[vsnet-obs 24216] New variable star MisV0570

New variable star discovery by the MISAO Project (MisV0570).

It was detected by the PIXY system as one of the candidates of new
variable stars from images taken by KenIchi Kadota, Ageo City,
Saitama, Japan, then confirmed by Seiichi Yoshida.
EP Oph is 2.4 arcmin from this object, but it is another variable
star. EP Oph was detected as 12.6C mag on Apr. 14 and 13.5C mag on
Aug. 1.
ER Oph is 2.6 arcmin from this object. No star was detected at the
position. So it may be identified with MisV0570.
