[vsnet-obs 23658] New variable (BeV16)

Dear colleagues!

I would like to send you observations of a new variable star (BeV16),
which I have discovered in a systematic CCD-based search for new variables.
In each observing run typically 400 images are taken of several survey fields.
The frames are processed automatically.

Instruments:
CCD-camera:Starlight Xpress SX (unfiltered)
Telescope: Celestron-8 (20 cm Schmidt-Cassegrain)

New variable star:
new BeV16 183206.8 N080712 (J2000) 12.1 12.5 (CCD) SR(?)

comments:
BeV16: GSC 1024 2911
Comparison star was for all measurements GSC 1024 3124 (11.8 mag),
which was checked to be constant.
The change in brightness and the red colour
(USNO A2: r:11.8 mag, b:14.8 mag) suggest a SR-variable.
