[vsnet-obs 23308] New variable stars

Dear Dr Kato

Tonight after only seven hours offline,  I signed on to 114 new messages
(!), most of which were automatic announcements of new variable stars from
the MISAO Project.  I think this is really not practical for ordinary
people subscribing to the list!

Would it be possible to set up a new sub-list for VSNET-NEW (like
VSNET-RECENT and VSNET-WANTED) so that these announcements can be directed
there?  You could maybe send a regular message each week to VSNET-OBS and
VSNET-CHAT, reminding people about the other sub-lists so that they don't
forget about them, just in case they might sometimes want the information.
