New variable star discovery by the MISAO Project (MisV0290).

= IRAS 17579-0714  R.A.=18 00 38.51  Decl.=-07 14 19.1  (63 x 7", p.a.=88)  flux(12)=0.77  flux(25)=<0.31  flux(60)=<0.48  flux(100)=<3.60

It was detected by the PIXY system as one of the candidates of new
variable stars from images taken by KenIchi Kadota, Ageo City,
Saitama, Japan, then confirmed by Seiichi Yoshida.
