[vsnet-obs 22538] New variable star MisV0251

New variable star discovery by the MISAO Project (MisV0251).

= IRAS 20008+4523  R.A.=20 02 24.76  Decl.=+45 31 54.3  (21 x 5", p.a.=63)  flux(12)=0.43  flux(25)=0.28  flux(60)=<8.44  flux(100)=<66.52  16% variable

It was detected by the PIXY system as one of the candidates of new
variable stars from images taken by KenIchi Kadota, Ageo City,
Saitama, Japan, then confirmed by Seiichi Yoshida.

NSV12738 is 4.4 arcmin from this object, but this is another variable 
star.
