[vsnet-obs 22471] New variable star MisV0212

New variable star discovery by the MISAO Project (MisV0212).

= IRAS 18556-1410  R.A.=18 58 31.85  Decl.=-14 06 46.8  (46 x 6", p.a.=83)  flux(12)=0.60  flux(25)=<0.41  flux(60)=<0.42  flux(100)=<3.74

It was detected by the PIXY system as one of the candidates of new
variable stars from images taken by KenIchi Kadota, Ageo City,
Saitama, Japan, then confirmed by Seiichi Yoshida.

BL Sct is 4.1 arcmin from this object, but this is another variable 
star.
