New Takamizawa variable (TmzV466)

   Kesao Takamizawa (Nagano, Japan) reports the discovery of a new variable
star (TmzV466).  The star seems to be identical with the infrared variable
NSV17658.

      distance, may be carbon-rich

  The star may be a semiregular variable with a range of 12.8-13.7p.
