Nova Aquilae: R.A. = 19h07m36s.9, Decl. = +12o31'26" (J2000.0).
Discovered by Akihiko Tago on TMax-400 exposures from July 13.56 UT
at mag. 8.8. Discovery confirmed spectroscopically by K. Ayani and
