New Takamizawa variable (TmzV362)
Kesao Takamizawa (Nagano, Japan) reports the discovery of a new variable
star (TmzV362). The star is almost certainly identical with the infrared
suspected variable NSV 17608.

The star may be a semiregular variable with a range of 12.9-14.1p.
