Observations of supernovae (SN 1999by in NGC 2841 and SN 1999bz
in UGC 8959) by observers of NAS.VSS (Report 1999v-027):

  unfiltered ST-6 CCD camera. Magnitude deduced by B. H. Granslo,
  using r-magnitudes of nearby stars from the USNO-A2.0 catalogue.

Fre = Torbjorn Fredriksen (Skien, Norway). Instrument: 20.3-cm f/4.7
  SCT + unfiltered Pixcell 255 CCD camera. Image made from four
  exposures, each of 15 seconds. Magnitude deduced by B. H. Granslo.
MOK = Ornulf Midtskogen (Tranby, Norway). Instrument: 31.6-cm f/4.9
  reflector. Visual observation using step estimates.
TOL = Odd Trondal (Groruddalen Optical Observatory, Oslo, Norway).
  Instrument: 61-cm cassegrain reflector + unfiltered ST-4 CCD.
  Magnitude derived by observer.

Supernova observations by undersigned are reported separately.
