CMACG 990310.417 16.8:C Oud very poor condition, combined magnitude likely
observer: Ouda team (T. Kato and K. Matsumoto)
telescope: Ouda team rooftop station, 25-cm SCT + ST-7 unfiltered
comparison:
GSC6523.3618, Henden and Sumner's V=11.65 is assumed (probably
a bit brighter in the effective unfiltered CCD band) for CG CMa.
