Observer:
GRL = Bjorn H. Granslo (Fjellhamar, Norway). Instruments: 20.3-cm
  SCT (C203), 70-mm refractor (L70), 10x50 binoculars (B10x50).
  Observations are Pogson step estimates. Sequences are V-magnitudes
  from Hipparcos (HIP) and Tycho catalogues, others are AAVSO. The
  U Sco observation are reported earlier [vsnet-obs 19524].
  Conditions: Partly cloudy and full Moon on Mar 1-2 UT, cloudy to
  overcast on Mar 7-8. There are no other observations from this
  month due to poor weather (we have experienced a lot of snow and
  rain). I am currently reducing NAS.VSS results from February.
