Thanks for querying this anomalous observation of AX Per.  I have not
observed this field very much and it looks like I did not identify
properly.  Please remove this observation from the lists:

PERAX  990111.878  <13.6  HZM

I see I also reported negatives for this star on 2nd and 5th January, so
please also remove the following:

PERAX  990102.886  <12.3  HZM    
PERAX  990105.906  <12.3  HZM
