New Takamizawa variable (TmzV136)

   Kesao Takamizawa (Nagano, Japan) reports the discovery of a new variable
star (TmzV136).

    F12=1.20  F25=0.36  F60=0.40L F100=8.31L
    VAR= 3 LRS=-1
 possibly I: oxygen-rich non-variable star without circumstellar shell
 or VII: variable star with more evolved C-rich circumstellar shell
 or VIa: non-variable star with relatively cold dust at large
      distance, may be carbon-rich

= 045554.2 +364821 (2000.0) SSC04525+3643 1.179 0.383 0.400L 8.139L
  (IRAS sources are likely to correspond to a combination of TmzV136 and
TmzV137).

  Takamizawa's comment:

The star may be a semiregular variable (SR) with a range of 12.3-12.8p.
There is a another new variable star (TmzV137 = CS815), and is located
about 20" east of this new variable star (TmzV136).
