Observers:
GRL = Bjorn H. Granslo (Fjellhamar, Norway). Instruments: 20.3-cm SCT
  (C203), 10x50 binoculars (B10x50). Observations are Pogson step
  estimates. Conditions: Partly cloudy to cloudy. [The Leonid shower
  was widely observed in Norway and subject to a high interest among

HSY = Stein Hoydalsvik (Tromso, Norway). Instrument: 60-mm refractor
  (L60), 7x50 binoculars (B7x50). Notes: Class 2 observations of V Boo
  and R Dra are due to strong auroral light. Comparison stars:
  Sequences from Hipparcos catalogue (HIP, V-magnitudes) and SUAA.VSS,
  others are from AAVSO. Observations are fractional or Pogson step
  estimates.
SPO = Jul Spongsveen (Fetsund, Norway). Instruments: 20.3-cm SCT.
  (C203). Observations are fractional estimates. AAVSO sequences.
