Dear Dr. Kato!
I would like to send you observations of a new variable star (BeV4), which I have discovered in a systematic CCD-based search for new variables.
Instruments (K.Bernhard):
CCD-camera: Starlight SX
Telescope: Celestron-8
New variable star:
new BeV4 055227.8 N062053.0 11.7 12.2(ccd)
comments:
BeV4: GSC 128 1121
BeV4 seems to be a slow variable. Since no minimum could be observed yet,
type and period are still unknown.
Comparison star is for all following observations of W.Quester (QU.BAV) and K.Bernhard (Be) GSC 128 1159 (11.5 mag),
which was prooved to be constant.

The variability of GSC 128 1121 was confirmed by observations of Wolfgang Quester (QU.BAV).
The almost constant difference in the observed brightness of about 0.4 mag between measurements of W.Quester and K.Bernhard
can be explained by the use of CCD-cameras with different spectral sensitiveness.
