Dear Taichi,
I checked the orientation of my T Boo star field. I think my original
image was oriented properly (north up, east on the left). Here are, in
fact, the stars in the field (I indicate pixel position as on my
original image, reattached below for your convenience, in jpg format):

(71,247) =GSC 1472:475 RA:14h 14m 36.3s  Dec:+19d 05' 20" (2000) mag.
14.9
(189 103)=GSC 1472:519 RA:14h 14m 30.1s  Dec:+19d 07' 43"  	 mag. 13.6
(199,484)=GSC 1472:334 RA:14h 14m 26.3s  Dec:+19d 02' 06"	 mag. 11.9
(714,291)=GSC 1472:276 RA:14h 13m 55.7s  Dec:+19d 06' 00"	 mag. 14.1

These stars agree very well with the star field dimensions (about 8*11
arcmins).
In this case, T Boo is expected around position (537,418) (this is a
very indicative guess).

This also explain what the 137 star is not visible: out of the field...
it was near the right, bottom corner of the image, but a bit out. 

Please note that there is some simmetry of the brightest, GSC stars in
the field respects to the y axis: I think this is the cause of our
different interpretation. The relative, angular distances between these
stars help to identify the field, I think, but, of course, I can be
doing something wrong.

Dear Gianluca,

   I now understand I was completely confused regarding the direction.
You are right.  The new direction quite comfortable match (less than 1 pixel)
to USNO stars.
