Visual magnitude estimates by P. Schmeer, Bischmisheim, Germany:
 
V795 CYGNI  (UGSS)
Mar. 13.19  UT, (13.3 ; 19.180,  12.9 ; 20.183,  13.2
Sequence:   AAVSO (WZ Sge)
Instrument: 203-mm SCT
The previous outburst was detected by me on 1997 Apr. 7.010 UT
and independently by Jensen on Apr. 7.082 UT.
