Dear colleagues, MisV1147, a variable young stellar object, a Herbig Ae/Be type star, changed its character twice in 2002 July and 2003 July. Until 2002 July, it did not show evident variation. It kept around 13.5 mag. Between 2002 July and 2003 July, it showed large fading frequently. It was faint in this period, fainter than 14 mag in usual. After 2003 July, fading became very rare.
