1502+09 I noticed that this apparent dwarf nova (quiescent magnitude V=18.5) has been mostly overlooked since the discovery in 1985 (PASP 97, 41). The object is located at 15:04:41.78 +08:47:54.1 (J2000.0). The expected outbursts will be brighter than V=15 (or may even brighter). There is no evidence for strongly magnetic feature. There is no definite outburst observation in ASAS-3, although there is one positive measurement (noise?). Please use the designation "1502+09" (although this original nomenclature assigned by the discoverer was not sufficiently specific) when reporting to VSNET. Regards, Taichi Kato
