ASAS 003307-3201.3 = NSV 15118 = HD 3001
ASAS-3 classify it as a DCEP or an Ell because of a sinusoidal lightcurve.
Spectral type is G1V so DCEP classification can be ruled out.
Although ASAS-3 V data go from 9.79 to 10.05, consistent with Tycho-2 data,
there is an observation from the ground included in the GCPD that show the
star brighter:
y= 9.654; b-y= 0.548 from Twarog B.A., Astron. J. 89, 523
(1984AJ.....89..523T).
Maybe a wrong value?
ASAS-3 gives a period of 27.6 days. Maybe an RS-type?
Regards,
Sebastian.
