huh-uh. This star (which is better referred to as CPD-81 72),
has very small proper motion, and is a 12-micron IRAS source.
This almost certainly means it is not a dwarf, but instead an evolved
giant star. The 18-day period is quite unlikely for a very-late-type
dwarf (0.5 to 3 days at the longest is typical) that is active (i.e. young).
Something else going on here!
