[vsnet-chat 6142] Re: R CrB deepest minimum



The BAAVSS light curve for R CrB between 1921-2000 can be seen at

It's difficult to make out the minimum magnitude from this plot (because
of the scale used), but it's obvious R CrB has not reached as faint
as 14.8 in this period.  A check of the database will give the precise
minimum reached, but it looks to me around 14.5 as the faintest (1949).
Maybe Roger Pickard can shed more light on this!
